Know the Elapsed Time
Tap any smartphone on a Timertag Pro label, or scan it with the phone’s camera, and the elapsed time since activation appears. No calculating from a blurry date written on tape. Pro covers peripheral IVs and urinary catheters, and carries the same patient guidance as Timertag Go in all 20 languages. Dressings use a separate label, Timertag Pro for Dressings.
App-Free
There are no apps to download, no software to configure, and no IT project. Timertag Pro works on any smartphone — by tapping near the label where near-field communication is enabled, the same way a contactless payment works, or by scanning the QR code. No account, no login, and no protected health information.
How It Works
After tapping or scanning a Timertag Pro label, select what you have placed: emergency peripheral IV, routine peripheral IV or urinary catheter. Or choose one of twelve preset countdown periods for anything else your protocol places on a time limit. All fast, all easy, and all pen-free.
Countdown Timers
Many items on a unit run on a change interval, and most are tracked by hand: IV administration sets, cell salvage collection bags, and others. Pro counts down an interval you choose from twelve preset periods.
The display changes to amber for the final two hours of every countdown, whatever length you chose, so the remaining time is easy to read at a glance. When the countdown reaches zero the label displays 00h 00m and takes no further action — no alarm, no page, no escalation. Your protocol sets the interval and the clinician at the bedside decides what happens next.
