FOR RESEARCHERS
Independence Matters
Timertag supports you.
Independent Clinical Evaluations
We believe clinical technology should be evaluated by the professionals who use it, free from commercial bias. Timertag provides ready-to-deploy evaluation tools that give unit leadership, researchers, and frontline staff full control over their own clinical data. While all data remains completely private to your institution, we are always eager to learn from your real-world experience. If you complete an evaluation or publish your findings, we would love to hear about your results, positive or negative, and where we can view your work.
Our Zero-Data Commitment
We prioritize data privacy and seamless integration into clinical environments, and that flows through to clinical evaluations. Our free tools give you complete ownership over evaluation data.
Direct Google Account Copy
Clicking our evaluation links creates a standalone, private copy of the form directly within your personal or institutional Google Workspace account.
Institutional Control
Survey responses, patient feedback, and workflow metrics are gathered solely inside your secure environment. Timertag does not receive, store, or view your evaluation results.
Unbiased & Independent Evidence
By hosting the data entirely on your end, your trial results remain 100% independent, objective, and ready for internal governance review or peer-reviewed publication.
Download the Implementation Guide (PDF)
We’ve removed some of the administrative burden of running a clinical evaluation. Our step-by-step guide walks you through deploying bedside QR codes, automating email alerts, and linking live responses directly to presentation decks for unit leadership or Quality Improvement (QI) committees.
Pre-Built Evaluation Tools
Select the data capture form for your clinical evalation below and it will instantly generate a private copy in your Google Drive.
Feel free to customize or add questions to your copied form to fit your specific clinical setting. However, keep in mind that survey completion rates drop significantly as form length increases. Keeping the evaluation brief (3-5 questions) yields the highest response rates from both busy nursing staff and patients.
