TIMERTAG GO DOWNLOAD AND USAGE AGREEMENT
Version 2026.3 (Effective 18 August 2026)
Please review and confirm the following terms before downloading your template. By checking the box and downloading the asset, you agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. Trademark & Usage License
Timertag® is a registered trademark of Senver Holdings Pty Ltd in the USA, EU, UK, India, China, Australia, and New Zealand, used under license by Senver Group Pty Ltd (ABN 90 622 761 380). This template contains official Timertag branding and logos protected by trademark law. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to print and use these labels solely in connection with authorized Timertag products and services and solely for use in patient care. Timertag Go is free for use in patient care and is not for resale. You may not sell, resell, or charge for the template, the labels printed from it, or the branding assets they contain, and you may not alter or misrepresent those assets.
Label artwork must not be altered, redrawn, recolored, resized, cropped, repositioned, or translated, and templates must be supplied to your printer unaltered. You may translate the Instructions for Use and How to Apply Timertag Go for internal use only, provided the translation is made from the current revision, cites the source document number and revision, and identifies the English version as authoritative. Senver Group Pty Ltd does not review, approve, or warrant any such translation, and the organization producing it is responsible for its accuracy.
2. Instructions for Use — Condition of Download
Timertag Go labels are printed for use in clinical environments and must be deployed only in accordance with the Timertag Go Instructions for Use (IFU-TTG-001, current revision), published in English at www.timertag.com. You confirm that you have read the current Instructions for Use, that the personnel who order, store, and apply these labels will have access to them, and that labels will be applied only as directed in Section 6 of that document.
How to Apply Timertag Go (GDE-TTG-001) is a summary only and does not replace the Instructions for Use. Where the two differ, the Instructions for Use apply. Compliance with the Instructions for Use is a condition of this license, and nothing in this Agreement limits, qualifies, or overrides any warning, precaution, or instruction contained in them.
3. Clinical Responsibility Acknowledgment
Timertag Go labels are informational and educational aids only. They do not monitor the medical consumable or the patient, do not measure or track time, do not alert or notify staff, do not process patient data, and do not replace clinical observation or judgment. The presence of a label does not change clinical observation schedules. Timertag Go is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, clinical oversight, diagnostic tracking, or direct patient care management.
-
Duty of Care: The healthcare professional, clinic, or the organization deploying these printed templates retains sole and absolute clinical responsibility for how the labels are utilized, how staff or patients interact with them, and all resulting clinical outcomes.
-
User Risk Assessment: You acknowledge that you have conducted your own independent clinical risk assessment regarding the suitability of these visual aids for your specific operational, healthcare, or medical environment.
Senver Group Pty Ltd disclaims all liability for any medical errors, adverse health events, patient misunderstandings, treatment delays, or injury associated with the deployment, physical placement, or reliance upon these labels.
4. Identification, Patient Information & Written Entries
Timertag Go identifies nothing. It carries no patient identifier, no product identifier, and no other patient information. You agree that:
-
labels will not be used as, or in place of, any identification, matching, or verification step required by facility policy or by law;
-
no label will be placed so that it obscures, replaces, or could be mistaken for labeling required for those purposes, or so that it obscures printed or molded text, graduations, scales, size markings, or measurements;
-
nothing will be written on a label — no patient name, identifier, room number, or other patient information;
-
labels are for single-patient use and will not be moved between patients.
5. Connectivity, Geo-blocking & System Availability
The practical utility of a physical label depends entirely on the end-user’s ability to access its digital destination. Senver Group Pty Ltd cannot guarantee:
-
That the end-user (e.g., patient or staff member) will have active internet connectivity or a compatible mobile device to scan the tag.
-
That the online services will be fully accessible in all regions, as local telecommunications failures, regional internet disruptions, or international geo-blocking may restrict digital access.
-
Continuous, uninterrupted uptime of the landing destination. You are solely responsible for ensuring appropriate clinical redundancies and analog backups are in place if a user is unable to scan the tag.
Scanning involves no accounts, logins, or patient identifiers, and the guidance page provides no facility for entering patient information. As with any web page, standard technical information such as IP address and browser type is processed in order to deliver the page. The content of the guidance page may be updated from time to time.
6. Printing Specification & Third-Party Print Tolerance
This template is formatted to a 20 mm × 60 mm (0.79 in × 2.36 in) specification, and you are responsible for ordering to that specification. Note that 20 mm × 40 mm is the size of Timertag Pro, which is supplied by the manufacturer and is not printed from a template.
-
Rectangular labels, 20 mm × 60 mm, with rounded corners at the radius shown in the template. Do not increase the radius: a larger radius encroaches on the blank border the QR codes require in order to scan.
-
Supplied on rolls. Sheets and individually cut labels are not suitable, and square corners are not suitable. Agree the roll core size and winding direction with your printer before the run.
-
Printed by a commercial label printing company able to supply die-cut roll labels to that specification.
-
Printed on non-metallic, non-foil label stock. Responsibility for specifying compliant stock rests with you: the Instructions for Use state that a Timertag Go label presents no known hazard in the MR environment only where printed on compliant stock.
-
Printed with the QR code at each end of the label reproduced at full size and full contrast. The artwork must not be resized, cropped, redrawn, or repositioned, because distortion of a QR code prevents scanning.
Because third-party commercial printers utilize varying cutting tolerances, bleed requirements, and machine drift, Senver Group Pty Ltd does not guarantee perfect physical alignment, layout margins, or color matching. You are entirely responsible for reviewing and approving the final physical proof with your chosen print vendor, and for applying and test-scanning labels from each delivered batch, checking both faces of the applied label, before clinical use.
7. Current Templates & Stock Segregation
You must download the current template for the medical consumable in use — peripheral IV catheter or indwelling urinary catheter — for each print run, rather than reusing stored files, so that printed guidance reflects the current version. Senver Group Pty Ltd gives no assurance that a previously downloaded template remains current.
The peripheral IV and urinary catheter templates are similar in appearance. You are responsible for marking rolls, boxes, and storage locations so that the two can be told apart before application, and for storing the two types separately. Where Timertag Go and Timertag Pro (IFU-TTP-003) are both in use in the same facility, they are different products, are not interchangeable, and must be stored separately, with the product in hand confirmed before application.
8. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Guarantees
-
Statutory Carve Out: Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable statute that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
-
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the statutory provisions above, Senver Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, third-party printing costs, costs of reprinting or replacing non-conforming labels, clinical liabilities, regulatory issues, or business interruptions) arising from the use or inability to use this template or its underlying services.
9. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the deploying organization agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Senver Group Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, and employees, from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or resulting from the organization’s deployment, physical placement, or clinical use of the printed templates, including any deployment that does not comply with the Instructions for Use, any use of a label as an identification, matching, or verification step, and any patient information written on or otherwise recorded on a label.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement, your use of the template, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the underlying services shall be governed exclusively by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
11. General Provisions
-
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
-
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Senver Group Pty Ltd regarding the Timertag Go template download, superseding all prior oral or written representations, and is to be read together with the Timertag Go Instructions for Use.
-
Amendments: Senver Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by updating the version posted on this site. Continued deployment of templates after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
