How to Scan Your Timertag
Getting your care information takes just a few seconds. Depending on the type of tag you have, you can connect in one of two simple ways:
Scan the QR Code
Open your smartphone camera and point it at the square QR code on your label. A link will pop up—simply tap it to open your personalized care page.
Tap with Your Phone
If your label has an option to tap, just hold the back of your smartphone directly against the tag (just like making a contactless payment) to instantly open your page.
Once open, your page will give you clear, visual instructions. If you have an advanced tag, it will also show you a helpful live timeline tracking exactly how many days your dressing or line has been in place.
